We’ve been involved with real estate since 2002, becoming involved full time in early 2006 when we lost my corporate jobs.  Learning is a passion of ours and we have spent thousands of dollars attending (and teaching) seminars and mastermind groups and learning as much as we can about real estate.  Through flexibility and education we have learned a lot about different types of real estate transactions as we have personally bought and sold over 170 houses. After owning all of those 170+ homes, analyzing hundreds of other homes and writing countless offers, we have immeasurable knowledge and experience about the Northern Utah market.   We keep up with market trends for my own information and personal business and will gladly put that information to work for you.

 

Buying and selling all those homes means that we have been in your shoes many, many times.  In the past, we relied on REALTORS to guide and advise us through the buying and selling process. We learned that as a buyer and seller, we valued communication.  We preferred Realtors who responded to our calls and emails promptly; and also kept us informed of what had happened (e.g. feedback from showings or offers) and what would happen next.  We preferred REALTORS who were proactive in pushing the process along and didn’t just sit back and wait for someone else, like a lender, to tell them what the next step was.  We preferred a REALTOR who took time to know us, our preferences, likes and dislikes so they could be a better advocate for our needs during the process.
